- Vet opportunities for sponsorship, tabling, or playlist integration
- Build a calendar of potential events with deadlines, costs, and audience breakdowns
- Suggest how the brand could show up (playlist drops, merch table, branded lounge, etc.)
- Coordinate initial outreach or prep materials for you to send
Requirements
Familiarity with ATL creative scene, music showcases, book festivals, and lifestyle pop-ups
Strong research and organizational skills
Ability to match event tone with your brand’s emotional language
