Cancellation Policy
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. - Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Any funds will be fully refunded in these cases. - No-Shows: If a client misses an appointment without notice, they will not be able to reschedule, but their payment will be refunded. - Refunds: Once a session is completed, no refunds will be issued. - Session Duration: The length of the session varies and is specified under the booked service. - Session Extensions: Clients may extend their session for up to 1 hour at a rate of $25 per additional 30 minutes. - Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed, but this time will be deducted from the scheduled session length.
